First 3D model (Animated). Made with Blender3D

My first complete humanoid 3D model figure made with Blender3D for my video game design class. I’ve spend 4 days on modeling, texture, and animating it. Below is a video of the animation.

Some working photos on the model.

Notice the the blue lines on the figure? Those are bones. I added them so that I can move the figure the way I want to. Tips: use weight painting on the object for the bones to have full control of the object.

This is a very good website on learning to use Blender3D “http://www.cgcookie.com/articles/blender”. Just spend some time watching the tutorial videos. You can find more Blender3D tutorials on youtube too.
